We had a high-energy day, showing you exactly what happens "beyond the ring."

  • Guided Tours
  • Live Demonstrations
  • Boxing drills with our coaching staff.
  • The 10-Second Challenge to see how many punches you can throw in 10 seconds and try to beat the gym record.
  • Program Spotlights: our specialized community initiatives, including our Indigenous Boxing Program and Rock Steady Boxing for individuals with Parkinson’s.
As the only Olympic-certified facility in the city, we have trained athletes who have reached the highest levels of the sport, including the Olympics. However, our primary goal is ensuring that everyone—regardless of their experience—feels safe, welcomed, and included.  As our Indigenous Liaison, Koda Simon, says:

"It’s about making sure everyone has a place here in our community... the drills that we learn here, it’s a lot more than just boxing."
