​Non Contact Basic Boxing Fundamentals Drills, Basic Boxing activities, Medicine Ball workouts, Circuit Training, geared towards in the future, working in pairs and potentially working in pairs, sparring, and competition.

Competitive
$90+tax
Advanced boxing training with drills, medicine ball workouts, circuit training. Boxers participate in combative training. This class includes competitive boxers from youth to adults and any gender. These members are eligible to compete at the local, provincial, national and international stages. 

Adult

 Boxers are divided into their specific boxing skill level. 

Rock Steady
$80+tax (includes membership for corner person)
Rock Steady classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am to 11:00pm, check out our Rock Steady page for more information.

N'Swakamok Native Friendship Centre Family Class
Contact the N'Swakamok Native Friendship Centre for more information on how to start today. The classes will be running Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
